Recruited, managed, coached, and provided staff development for administration, SEL instructors, volunteers, and apprentices offering the Peace Practices™ curriculum in learning communities and social justice organizations.

Convened and facilitated curriculum and program design with internal and external faculties in order to modify curriculum for Whole Community implementations at The Renaissance International School (Oakland), Pacific Rim International School (Emeryville and San Mateo), and Beacon Day School (Oakland), as well as national and international engagements and interventions, including those at UC Berkeley and CSU East Bay.

Served over 200 children, staff, parents, and community members including disabled men of color, while improving quality and successfully implementing evaluative measures.

Built optimistic, mutually supportive relationships with leaders, funders, families, and students, in order to recruit partners committed to support the unique creativity of young people.

Invited and led public thought and learning around the practice of peace, imagination and creativity in trauma recovery, and the interruption/repair of exploitative social structures.
