Due to the incredible generosity of co-workers, family, and friends, we already have all we have asked for and more to see us through Aidan's first year. The events of the past weeks (added to years of war) have thrown into sharp relief just how blessed we are, while others are losing all they have, including their own families.
People keep asking us what more we need and what they can do for the baby. We can't think of a better way to celebrate his arrival than a fund in his name that will directly assist families impacted by Hurricane Katrina.
With the help of the Association Building Community Council we have set up a fund named after Aidan (whose name means both little and fiery in Gaelic) called "The Little Fire Fund" . All money raised will go directly towards relief and is completely tax deductible.
Instead of giving us a gift please donate to this fund.
The organization name will read "Beamish Process Arts" - which is the facilitation part of Association Building Community. Please make clear on the Just Give form that this is for The Little Fire Fund.
